Is Mr.Clean ok for my coffee maker?

I was in a cleaning mood and decided to try Mr.Clean in my coffee maker.Now I just dumped as much of the soap out as i could and put water in it to run through a cycle and it seems to smoke up fast.I feel stupid now.Anyway I can fix this?
Im really worried that I’ll get sick now from being near it.I hope I didmt ingest it.

Just cycle it a bunch of times until the symptoms clear up and next time use vinegar.
