Keurig Coffee Maker My K cup

dripping water when using Keurig "my cup"?

Does anyone else have that little gray piece called my cup of Keurig coffee maker? .. its some reusable filter you can put your own coffee instead of buying the k-cups all the time .. well .. I bought it anyway thinking it'd be a good idea, but every time I use and to prepare a cup of coffee sooo as much water spills in the cup instead of just coffee! .. anyone knows why is this happening? .. ive read instructions (actually is not that difficult) to think im doing something wrong .. ive had someone else take a look but cannot find out. tight fit does some doubt on all .. .. i can wrap around move it up and down w / no problem .. Part black snug but as soon as I put the gray one its all from there

black piece is taken out, put coffee in the filter low, and gray on the cover …. should fit very comfortable, if the cover water is set to not be in the right place. Also, be sure to clean the filter after each use and not pack it with coffee.
