Cuisinart Coffee Maker Water Filter

PLZ HELP-why cant i get my coffee @ home to taste anything like outside drip-tried bottle water,EVERYTHING??

its a nice full pot Cuisinart filter drip maker,New filter,7-11 coffe,white vinigar,strong -weak—coffee has a bitter taste—i thought it was the water but now i dont—you have to make a weird face after a sip–chemicaly???????

I’ve never had 7-11 coffee so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. But other than making sure you have a good quality coffee some things you can try is to add a pinch of salt to the coffee grounds when brewing to help cut down on the bitterness. Another reason why brewing coffee at home doesn’t quite give you the same taste as the stuff you buy is because most commercial coffee makers brew at a higher temperature than your coffee maker at home. A cheat to get closer to that taste is to grind your coffee a bit finer than usual.
