Once the cycle is complete, run several cycles of clean water (preferably filtered or distilled water) through the coffee machine to remove any residual deposits cleaning solution. Make sure the water coming out and not smell of vinegar or cleaning solution before using the coffee machine to prepare a pot of coffee.
