Good coffee?
Hello everyone, I have a slight problem
coffee making. Every time I make coffee at home is a bit strong, but sometimes too weak. If I get in a shop is great! I put in 4 tablespoons (about 4 tablespoons I think) I have a 16 oz Gevalia Gevalia coffee maker with coffee, so that's a good coffee. Clean it regularly. I can add 3 tablespoons of sugar and add a bit of light cream. Any advice? How to get it in other places as well? Are there specific measures for coffee and water? Thanks!
I worked in customer service for over three years Gevalia. A major difference from Gevalia is that it is very finely ground, more than most cafes. Because of this I always use less than you would with other coffees. One thing I would suggest, what always make the same kind of coffee traditional roast, use or Stockholm one day and the next? If so Stockholm is a darker brown so the same amount will appear stronger. If you are using the same quantity of the same coffee every time I would suggest to find just the right amount for your taste and sticking with it each time. Also using teaspoons so that they are compatible with the amount. If the coffee is 2 weak at times, put the coffee (the cup) again to stop brew that through the cup again. That should do it on the right for the rest of the pot. Personal note: I love coffee-flavored French vanilla and hazelnut.
