How I can clean my coffee pot?

Therefore, I was clearly wrong cleaning my coffee maker regularly and do not let sit inside the cafe for hours and hours. Now I have a layer of dark brown residue, hard coffee, at the bottom of the jar. The problem is that the pitcher is designed so that is 2 "in diameter at the top – not large enough to reach into bushes. It is soaked in vinegar now, but I do not see much progress. Any suggestions? The best thing to do is put in some baking soda with vinegar. Fiz and probably going to overflow, but okay. That, then shake vigorously and let sit for several minutes. Then dump it out and put in hot water and baking soda over == a tablespoon or so. Shake vigorously and let stand overnight. The following morning rinse and must be clean, fresh aroma.
