2 easy ways to make Yerba Mate

Are you interested in drinking yerba mate, but put off by the complicated method of preparation? That's how I felt several years ago when I wanted to start the yerba mate as a way to cut the coffee. I was not interested in the traditional aspects the form of preparation. I just wanted to drink! Here are two methods which have been used to prepare yerba mate in the last couple of years.

The easiest way mate at home without having to buy anything is to use your machine to make regular drip coffee. Simply put a few tablespoons of yerba mate in a coffee filter, put in the basket, add water and press the button. It is very easy to do and is exactly the same as preparing a cup of coffee. Of course, there are some drawbacks to his partner in this way.

The first is that a true taste of coffee could make your way through the tea. Everything needs to be a process cleaner to prevent this. This method allows you to easily control the strength of preparation and water temperature. Just put a couple tablespoons of yerba mate at the bottom of the press, and then add hot water. Then let it sit for their preparation time required and push down the plunger. Brewing force can be adjusted by waiting longer to push the plunger down. You can even buy cups and large vessels that have a filter and press built right in. This is great for taking your mate on the road or in the office.

The yerba mate is a fantastic drink per day can be a great choice for anyone who wants to reduce coffee consumption. Do not let the purists you down with the methods of brewing complicated. Any of these simple methods will give you a great cup. Enjoy!
